“Together, We Eat”, a Five-Course Dinner to Benefit One World Café

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (March 21, 2011) “Together, We Eat” is a benefits dinner designed to help the community and the ideas promoted by One World Café. Taking place the last Saturday of every month, executive Chef and recent 2011 Chef Wars winner, Giovanni Bouderbala, will prepare a five-course meal made of all the freshest organic food available. Beginning Saturday, March 26th at 6 PM at One World Café located at 41 South 300 East in Salt Lake City. Epic Brewing is a unique strong beer microbrewery in downtown Salt Lake City, and Fox 13's Big Budah headed out to check out how the wares are made and sold.

He met up with brewmaster Kevin Crompton and other members of the company to get an inside peek of what goes into making an Epic brewery.
